Search for Common Ground is the largest dedicated peacebuilding organization.
Since 1982, we have worked to end violent conflict and to build healthy, safe, and just societies all over the world. Currently, we work in 35 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. We help supposed enemies learn to trust each other, create avenues for collaboration, and generate breakthroughs for peace.
Search For Common Ground is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity in all its forms. We are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a fundamental aspect of our work, both internally and externally.
At Search, we believe DEI is crucial to ensuring fair representation, shared power, access to opportunities, and a culture where people from diverse backgrounds are valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
We commit to creating a more equitable workplace, fostering a cultural environment where fair treatment, access, opportunity, and advancement for all people is the norm. As part of our commitment to DEI, we pledge to ensure diverse representation across our leadership, staff, and Board of Directors. We recognize that this is not just a goal but an essential element in achieving our mission.
