Founded in 1957, the Scuola Mattei launched the first example of post-graduate education in Italy, over the years becoming a benchmark for energy sector professionals.
As has been the case since the course began, we are looking for young men and women with a passion for energy and the environment and the desire to build their own future. Scuola Mattei offer a 10-month study programme in a cutting-edge international environment in which students can acquire the very latest knowledge from university professors, managers and experts from Eni, while meeting fellow students from all over the world. An adventure and an investment – in yourself and in a team.
The program is aimed at students holding economic and technical degrees and is characterized by a highly effective placement. The Master has a cross-cutting nature, and students find an occupation in all areas of the energy and environmental sector (administration, finance and control, international strategies and relations, contracts, trading, analysis and risk management, energy transition and decarbonization and, for those students with a background in the hard sciences, engineering, product technology, traditional and green refining, electricity generation, safety and environmental.

To favour the dissemination of energy culture in specific countries of interest to the energy sector, several full scholarships can be given to deserving students who are in possession of citizenship of the following countries: Algeria, Cyprus, Congo, Cote D’avoire, Egypt, Indonesia, Italia, Kazakhstan, Messico, Nigeria, Turkmenistan.
All those selected will be exempt from the enrollment fee of 50.000 euros.
There is also a monthly contribution to expenses (1,500 euros gross), free educational material, and the use of company canteens.

The two Master’s levels target different profiles:
The First level is aimed at candidates preferably with foreign citizenship and a Bachelor’s Degree. Work experience in the energy sector is also preferential.
