The programme will include rotational, on the job training, self-learning, blended learning and technical training focus. Candidates will have to go through our hiring process to be considered. Successful candidates will join the company for a 24 months programme.

Requirements for BMW Group Graduate Programme

BMW SA encourage applications from a range of degrees, with strong academic results, such as:

1. Engineering Discipline with (B. Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Electronics Engineering)
2. Human Resource with (BA /B SocScience/BComm in Philosophy, Politics and Economics)
3. Financial Services (B. Degree in Accounting, Finance, etc)
4. Bachelor of Science – Computer Science, Analytics
5. Bachelor of Engineering – Process focused
6. Bachelor of Business/Commerce – Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Management

Qualifications and Experience

1. Completed a postgraduate degree
2. Minimum average of 65% in your field of studies (Human Resources of Engineering)
3. Minimum average of 70% in your field of studies (Finance)
4. Strong desire to work in an automotive organisation
5. Proven track record of academic excellence
6. Be a curious and keen learner
7. Good written and verbal communications skills
8. Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail
9. Sharp intellect, proactiveness, takes responsibility, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflective
10. Passion for BMW
