Nigeria Health Watch invites early to mid-career professionals, researchers, and advocates to apply for the Science-Policy Communication Fellowship, a hands-on programme designed to equip participants with the skills needed to translate scientific research into impactful, policy-relevant communication.
Africa and Nigeria in particular faces unique public health challenges that demand evidence-based policy responses. Yet, a critical gap exists between research and policy implementation. This 3-month fellowship aims to bridge that divide by building a network of skilled communicators who can champion evidence-based advocacy. Participants will receive expert-led training, personalized mentorship, and the opportunity to design and implement a real-world public health communication project.
